Our Benefits
All full-time employees get a minimum of 28 days holidays per year. We also have some additional benefits to help each team member develop, relax and work comfortably.

£50/month to spend on health & wellness purchases like gym memberships, perscriptions, massages, fitness wearables and more. Whatever you don't use monthly accrues in a pot that you can use for larger purchases (up to a maximum of £600).
Learning Budget
You'll get a monthly budget for career development, books, courses or certifications to help you grow.
Core Working Hours
If you don't have a customer-facing role, you have a flexible start time for the day. Everyone works core hours from 10:00-16:00, but otherwise your start time is up to you.
